1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using FlockUnlock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What FlockUnlock does

FlockUnlock matches you with other attendees of meetings you submit, and lets you message and stay connected with people you've met.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Your username is unique to you and can't be changed after registration.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit meetings you didn't attend, impersonate other people, harvest other members' contact information for unsolicited outreach, or use the service to harass or spam other members.

5. Referrals and connections

Referring another member creates a connection between both of you. You can message your connections through the platform.

6. Identity, privacy, and trust between members

Your name and username are visible to members you're connected to. Beyond that, FlockUnlock never reveals your contact information — email, phone, or anything else you haven't chosen to display — within the application. The only way another member learns how to reach you beyond your name and username is if you choose to tell them yourself — in chat — or if you choose to add it to your profile. We have no way to verify the accuracy of anything a member states in their profile or says in chat, and we don't attempt to. Every member is trusted to complete their profile and communicate truthfully and honestly, but we can't guarantee they will. It's up to each participant to exercise their own best judgment before sharing contact information or anything else personal with another participant, and FlockUnlock isn't responsible for the consequences of a member choosing to do so.

7. Pricing

FlockUnlock is a beta product, still under active development, and several of its features rely on third-party AI services whose usage costs can change with little notice. Because of that, we don't yet have complete visibility into what it costs us to run the service at scale, and our pricing is subject to change as a result. We'll do our best to give existing subscribers advance notice before a price change takes effect, but we can't guarantee any specific price, tier, or feature set will remain available or unchanged for the duration of your subscription.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using FlockUnlock and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimer

FlockUnlock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of meeting-matching results, nor the accuracy or truthfulness of any information members provide about themselves.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
